- 1.25kg bag Maris Piper white potatoes, peeled and cut into similar size chunks
- splash of milk
- 125g mature Cheddar, grated
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 500g pack 2% fat turkey breast mince
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 3-pack peppers (1 of each colour), deseeded and sliced
- 1½ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 400g tin cannellini beans
- steamed green veg, to serve
