Peaches & Cream Bars - Gandy's™ Dairy

• - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• - 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• - Pinch of salt
• - 5 medium sized peaches pitted and sliced thin
• Crumble:
• - 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
• - 1/2 tsp baking soda
• - 1/4 tsp salt
• - 1 1/3 cups rolled old fashioned oats
• - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
• - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• Glaze:
• - 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• - 3 tablespoon Gandy’s heavy cream
• - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
