Pennsylvania Dutch Chocolate Cookies | Foodtalk

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup cocoa
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Dash of salt
• Pinch of cinnamon, optional
• Granulated sugar to roll cookie balls in.
• For the Icing, small batch to decorate 2-3 dozen cookies with snowflakes
• 1 egg white
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups confectioner's sugar
