Nancy's Apple Pecan Pie - Pahl's Market - Apple Valley, MN

Ingredients

• 2 apples
• 3/4 Cup sugar
• 1/3 Cup flour
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 Cup pecans (we used halved; chopped would work)
