• 1 pint strawberries, chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
• 1 jalapeno, finely diced
• 2 tsp honey
• zest of 1 lime
• Juice of 2 limes
• 1 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
