• 1 tbsp (15 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 2.2 lb (1 kg) chicken drumsticks, skin on
• 1 lb (450 g) Nantes carrots, halved lengthwise
• 4 cups (120 g) kale leaves, stems removed, leaves torn
• Roasted sesame seeds, to taste
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) water
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
