• 3 cups of all-purpose (or unbleached) flour (you can also try Molino Caputo Tipo 00 Pizza Flour, imported from Naples, Italy)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
