Berry Pavlova Roll |
This delicious pavlova recipe is quicker to make than a traditional pavlova and looks so impressive. Crispy on the outside and soft and marshmallowy on the inside, it is so light and delicate.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch / cornflour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar to coat baking paper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 300 milliliters thickened cream
- 1 punnet strawberries sliced
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings
- whipped cream
