• 2/3 cup crushed graham crackers
• 1/4 cup granulate white sugar
• 1/3 cup (2/3 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 2 1/4 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
