• 1/3 cup apple juice
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
• 3/4 cup red or black seedless grapes, halved
• 1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional but amazing)
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Honey (for drizzling, optional)
