Ingredients

- 200 g cream
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 g Ice base alternatively: with 30 g Dextrose * (dextrose) and 10 g Inulin * replace
- 10 drops of bitter almond flavour
- 30 g chocolate * (e.g. 70%) optional: 1 tbsp. Amaretto *
