MURGH MASALA - Urdu Recipe *COOK WITH FAIZA*

Ingredients

• 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces) chicken
• 2 medium onions (grind to a paste)
• 3 medium tomatoes (grind to a paste)
• 1 cup yogurt
• 2 bullet green chilli
• 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
• 1 inch fresh ginger (Julian cut)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 & 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
• 3 tbsp fresh coriander
• 1/2 cup oil
