Jubilee Raspberry Trifle Recipe | Carnation

Ingredients
- 300g Madeira cake
- cut into pieces
- 100g Custard cream biscuits
- For the custard:
- 2 Egg yolks
- 200ml Semi skimmed milk
- 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 3 tbsp Custard powder
- For the raspberry cream:
- 150g Raspberries
- 1 tbsp Raspberry jam
- 350ml Whipping cream
- To decorate:
- 50g Raspberries
