- 6 TBSP butter, cold and cut in small pieces
- ¾ cup Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- FILLING
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese (not whipped), room temperature
- 2 eggs, beaten, room temperature
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- optional: ½ cup raspberry preserves
