- 15g Bindemittel perfecto
- 85g Eis perfecto
- 65g Perfecto Minus
- 55g sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 350g pineapple, fresh
- 55g cream 36% (30% - 32% also works)
- 300g canned coconut milk
- 50g coconut butter (Alnatura)
- 25g Pina Colada Liqueur or Batida de Coco
- Optional: 7-8g Cremosa
- 100g fresh pineapple with some fruit juice, pureed
- 35g Variegato perfecto
- 25g cane sugar
- 10-15 ml Pina Colada Liqueur
