• 1 cup (250ml) flour
• 2 Tbsp (30ml) cayenne pepper
• ½ cup (125ml) cornflake cereal, crushed
• Salt and pepper
• ⅔ cup (200ml) amasi
• 1 egg
• ½ cup (125ml) chilli sauce
• ½ cup (125ml) oil
• 1 bunch kale
• 1 bunch spinach
• 3 Tbsp (45ml) oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• ½ lemon zest
• ¼ red pepper, chopped
• Salt
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• ½ cup (125ml) tomato sauce
• ½ cup (125ml) chutney
• 3 Tbsp (45ml) Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup (60ml) water
• 2 Tbsp (30ml) hot sauce
• 3 Tbsp (45ml) vinegar
• Pap to serve
