Ingredients

• ½ cup olive oil
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp ground cumin
• 1 ½ tsp salt, plus more to taste
• 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 ½ tsp onion powder
• ¾ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ teaspoon of hot paprika (for medium-low heat), plus more to taste
• ½ tsp black pepper, plus more to taste
• 2 large heads cauliflower (4 lbs)
