Ingredients

• 2 oz of The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
• 2 oz of Bacardi Spiced
• 1 oz of Fresh pressed lime juice
• 1 oz of Homemade Agua De Jamaica Syrup (Spiced hibiscus tea syrup)
• Dehydrated lime wheel
• Dried hibiscus flower
• INGREDIENTS FOR THE AGUA DE JAMAICA SYRUP
• 2L of Water
• 60g of Dried hibiscus flower
• 7g of Cinnamon
• 1g of Cloves
• 190g of Raw sugar
• 1.5L of Simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
• 650mL of Fresh preshed lime juice
