• 4 tart cooking apples, such as Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and diced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ cup apple juice
• ½ cup raisins or dried cherries
• ¼ cup Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple sugar
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ¼ cup red currant jelly or apple jelly
• amount you desire Fuller’s Sugarhouse pure maple cream
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
