We've mixed some Mojito magic here using a simple syrup made with our Emerald Mist tea! Peppermint and spearmint are the main flavors in the syrup, along with with licorice, cloves, and ginger....
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Emerald Mist
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wheels
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 3 tablespoons Emerald Mist Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1/3 cup soda water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- sprig of mint
