Ingredients

• 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 ripe peaches, diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Umami Joy Sauce
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 large or 4 small balls of burrata cheese
