Decadent Rocky Road Terrine – Tara's Busy Kitchen (and other stories)

Ingredients

• 300 g dark chocolate (or use half dark (half milk))
• 100 g butter (chopped)
• 3 tbsp agave syrup (I used The Groovy Food Company)
• 50 g mini marshmallows
• 100 g digestive biscuits (broken into small pieces)
• 35 g popcorn (I used Popcorn Shed Pecan Pie flavour)
• 100 g dried cranberries
• 50 g chopped dried apricots
• 50 g hazelnuts
