• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)
• salt and black pepper to taste
• 100 g Puck® Shredded Creamy Mozzarella Cheese
• jalapeño chillies
• fresh coriander
