Steak Subs recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 10 minute Arabic dough
• 2 cups warm water
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons yeast =2 pkts
• 2 cups flour
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons milk powder - klim- secret ingredient that makes 'em so soft
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
• Can use any filling for subz
• 1 kg steak
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• Salt Pepper
• 1 teaspoon 6 gun grill spice or bbq spice
• Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• Red and green pepper strips
• ¼ cup of each prego sauce bbq sauce and chilli sauce.
