Ingredients

• 200g of turkey
• 1 onion cut into rounds
• 2 garlic cloves
• 4g fresh ginger
• 1/2 courgette in 1 cm squares or other green vegetable
• 300g cooked basmati rice
• 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
• Fresh coriander leaves
• wine to cook
• Sunflower oil q.b.
