• 3 ripe medium tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
• 1/2 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper
• 1/2 cup finely diced orange bell pepper
• 1 cup finely diced zucchini
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 jalapeno pepper, halved, seeds removed, flesh finely chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. sugar
• Salt to taste
