• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup all-purpose flour

• ½ cup butter, diced small and kept cold
• ½ cup caramel
• ¼ tsp salt
• Zest of ½ an orange
• 1 T orange juice
