Ingredients

• 1 pound hamburger (500 g)
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 4 cups cooked tomatoes or tomato sauce (1Liter)
• 2 cups fresh or frozen okra, chopped. (500 ml)
• 1 teaspoon salt (5ml)
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (5ml)
• 1 teaspoon chili powder (5ml)
• 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach, or other dark greens, chopped
• Cooked rice for serving
