• 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (approximately 8 ounces)
