• 1 cup coconut cream
• ½ cup pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
• 1 tsp mixed spice
• 4 large organic egg yolks
• ¼ cup brandy
• ¼ cup sherry
• ¼ cup dark rum
