- 2 1/4 cup AP flour (sifted)
- 1 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts or almonds (make sure they are fine ground)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- powdered sugar as needed for dusting
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
