• 1 small bunch coriander, stalks and leaves finely chopped
• Salt & pepper, for seasoning
• 500g / 1.1 lb minced beef
• 8 x good quality sausages
• 8 x good quality hotdog buns
• 250g / 5 oz mature cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 white onion, finely diced
• 1 jar Gran Luchito Fire Roasted Serranos
