• 1 diced capsicum

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• ¾ cup chicken stock
• 1 avocado diced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 pack of cherry tomatoes, halved
• Coriander, to garnish
• Lime wedges, to garnish
