• 1/4 cup chicken bone broth
• 5 tbsp butter
• 1/2 lb bacon
• 1 bulb onion
• 6 stalks celery
• 1 bell pepper
• 1 tbsp dried Italian herb
• 1/4 tsp dried carrot
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp black peppercorn
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 2 tbsp monk fruit and powdered erythritol
