Mango Meet my Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 ripe mangos diced
• 2 large avocados diced
• 1/2 red onion finely chopped
• 1/2 cup diced cilantro
• 1 jalapeno pepper minced (seeds removed)
• juice and zest of 1 lime
• Dash of salt and pepper
• 1 1/2 lb chuck
• 1/2 lb sirloin
• 1 sweet onion grated (inc. juice)
• 10 pcs crumbled cooked bacon
• 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
• 2-6 tbs. cajun spice
• 6 rolls (with poppyseeds on top)
• oil for grill (as needed)
