- 22g of finely-ground coffee brewed at a 1:12 ratio (264g water at 205F)
- 200mls of natural-processed coffee
- 120mls of heavy cream
- 2 dashes of Pernod Absinthe
- 15mls of Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- Amaro Amorino, to finish
- Luxardo cherry, to garnish
