• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 cups unsalted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (or beans from 1 vanilla pod)
• 5 cups confectioner’s sugar
• ½ cup white fondant or marzipan
• 6 lollipop sticks
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
• Mini marshmallows (for decoration)
