Ingredients

• 1 cup jasmine or any short-grained white rice
• 4 cups whole milk (4-5 cups)
• 3 tsps Vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups raw sugar
• 3 tbsps raw sugar (3-4 tbsp)
• salt (to taste)
• 2 cups tart cherry juice
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (1-2 tbsp, depends on thickness desired)
• 1/2 lb pitted fresh or thawed frozen sweet cherries
• 2 1/4 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup Hunt Country Vineyards Ice Wine
