Gina's Apple Pecan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened to room temp.
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup and 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 cups quickoats
• 1/3 cup raisins
• 2 medium green apples diced
• 1/3 cup pecans chopped finely
