Ingredients: 2 pounds bag of frozen hash brown potatoes; ½ cup melted butter; 1 teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon pepper; 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (good alternative for vegetarians is Cream of Mushroom Soup); 1 pint of sour cream; ½ cup of finely chopped onions (optional); 10 oz. or 2 pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese; 2-3 cups crushed corn flakes; ½ cup melted margarine
