Nectarine Gin Cocktail –

Ingredients

• 2 Nectarines
• 50ml Blackwoods Gin
• 3 tbsp Honey
• 4- Fresh mint leaves
• 2cm Ginger (minced)
• 3 tsp Elderflower syrup
• 300ml Tonic
• Your choice Ice cubes
• 1.8oz Blackwoods Gin
• 4-5 Fresh mint leaves
• 11oz Tonic
• Step 1 Using muddled and tall glass, mash the nectarines with honey, ginger and elderflower syrup
• Step 2 Fill 2 gin glasses with ice, add nectarine mixture, top up with tonic
• Step 3 Mix well and enjoy
