- 75 g butter
- 200 g onions, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 4 tbsp crème fraiche
- 175 g filo pastry
- 450 g frozen leaf spinach, defrosted
- Salt and ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Ground nutmeg
- 200 g any leftover cheese, such as Feta, Stilton, Brie, Camembert, Goats cheese, Cheddar etc
- 175 g sliced cooked ham
- Beaten egg, to glaze
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Tomato and olive salad to serve
