- 400-500 gr. hard feta cheese
- 400-500 gr. Ionis Extra Virgin Olive Oil Koroneiki Variety
- Two sprigs of fresh rosemary
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp whole pink peppercorns
- 1/2 – 1 hot pepper , cut and peeled from seeds (optional)
