Ingredients

• 1 sheet of puff pasty (about 1/2 pound)
• 80 g chorizo slices
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• 1 cup green olives (Chalkidiki type)
• mg piece of parmesan cheese (ca. 4 cm long, 2 cm wide)
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1.5 tbsp capers
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• 10 almonds
