• 1 tsp. almond butter (or cashew butter)
• 1 ½ tsp. natural sweetener of choice
• 1 cup Lowfat Vanilla Kefir
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp. cinnamon
• ¼ tsp. ginger
• 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
