• 6 slices cinnamon-raising bread, lightly toasted
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cups 1% milk
• 1/8 tsp salmond extract
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 whole eggs
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tbsp icing sugar
