Homemade Barbecue Sauce - Vegetarian Society

Ingredients

• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
• 3 tbsp vegan fino sherry
• 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato purée
• 1 tsp French mustard
• 200ml pineapple juice
• 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp agave nectar
