• 175g gouda cheese
• 125g mozzarella
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp parsley
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 200g broccoli, roughly chopped
• 100g cheddar (for topping)
• 300g rigatoni
