Lamb Shawarma – Alamir Bakery

Ingredients

• 4 250gm lamb fillets
• 1 juice of one lemon
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp Alamir Bakery Shawarma Spices
• 2 Red onions thinly sliced
• 2 tomatoes
• 4 gherkins
• 1 bunch of coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley
• 2 tsp sumac
• 4 Alamir Bakery Pita Bread
• Alamir Tarator
