Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp fine salt
• 1/2 cups unsalted butter – softened
• 1 cups creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cups light brown sugar – packed
• 1 large large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cups granulated sugar – for rolling
